What is Peer Group Support
- Peer group support individuals using their own Past experiences to help each other. This allows them to be around people who have been through similar issues this can then provide an opportunity to feel understood and allow individuals to not feel alone in the world. We bring people together with shared experiences to support each other providing you with a safe open space allowing you to grow in confidence and empowering you to find your voice.

- We Regularly go on walks, provide yoga sessions and will be bringing more physical activities to our program.
1 : 1 Support
What is 1 : 1 Support
- The purpose of our approach is to provide access to person-centered support, within a safe space, free from judgment, where individuals feel their voice is being heard. We provide you with someone to talk to privately this could be one of our trained volunteers or support staff where we will establish what your support requirements are and if you require special or additional support services, we will support you with appropriate referrals this is called multi-agency working. 1:1 support can be done in our office or the community in a relaxed environment over a nice hot drink.

- You do not need to have a mental health diagnosis or be struggling with mental health-related issues you might be feeling lonely or isolated and want to join in our community activities
