About our service

Meet our Founder and Managing Director

Jessica grew up as neighbours to the Colemans for a long period of her childhood and was affected by the devastating news of another young life lost to mental health within our community. After suffering silently with her mental health battles in her late teens and early twenties. Jessica found the only way she was able to truly recover from this was to talk to Jessica received Cognitive behavioural therapy and found she was able to. Jessica went on to lead a very hardworking rewarding career supporting clients who have battled with mental health substance issues and homeless issues. Jessica was able to have personal experiences and then gain qualifications to enable her to give her clients the best support.

At Tilly’s Voice we Believe that there is a need within the communities for more support, where people can attend a safe place free of judgment to improve their well-being without a waiting list. We have created an empowerment program to raise our client’s confidence and self-esteem they are in a better position to acknowledge their individual needs to access support and take back control of their wellbeing.

The Community has responded well to our service as we aim to be the bridge gap between a person being referred for specialist support and the long waiting list time. Reducing the risk levels of individuals before they are seen by help. Our group sessions are self-referrals and clients can just turn up.

we have been honoured to win an award within our first year we won the winner of support Staffordshire volunteering support for young people East Staffordshire 2022.
